You can retrieve your login information simply by entering the email address you provided when you joined, and our system will email it instantly. Q. We work with thousands of trucking companies. Can you import them? A. We make it easy to import all of your carriers. Please provide only the 6-digit MC numbers. We accept a variety of formats, but Microsoft Excel is preferred. Q. Do you have to import carriers for monitoring? A. Only if you want to have your list imported for convenience. Otherwise, members can add and delete carriers from our master database of over 452,000 companies at the click of a button. Q. How do I change my login or contact information? A. You can modify information for your account, including configuration settings, by logging in and selecting the My Account link. You may also call to speak with a customer support representative. Q. What type of customer support is available? A. CarrierGuard takes pride in its customer support, which is provided at no additional charge. Yes. We designed CarrierGuard as a multi-user application, so anyone at your office can log into the website with the same username and password to use it at the same time. Q. May our other office locations use the same account? A. Each office should register and pay for its own account. Please contact a sales representative to discuss our multi-office discount. Q. Can other companies see the carriers we monitor? A. No. We protect the privacy and confidentiality of your information. Q. How often is your information updated? A. Our automated system performs comprehensive daily checks for all changes in insurance and operating authority. Upon detecting changes, it provides instant updates and alerts by fax, email and online. Carrier safety ratings, however, are updated once at the beginning of each month. Q. Do you guarantee the accuracy of your information? A. Information is obtained from the U.S. Department of Transportation and related contracted sources. Although the information is as reliable and current as we can make it, we cannot warrant or guaranty its accuracy or completeness and provide no indemnification. Q.
